Reserving your spot
A 25% deposit is required to reserve your spot in the camp, whether you choose to pay in full or use our payment plan.
Payment plan
We offer a payment plan option at checkout. If you select this option, your deposit and remaining balance will be automatically charged to your saved payment method according to the schedule shown at checkout. Please ensure your payment method stays up to date to avoid a missed or failed payment.
Cancellation — 31 or more days before the camp start date
You will be refunded the amount paid, minus your 25% deposit.
Cancellation — 30 days or fewer before the camp start date
No refund will be issued. If you are on a payment plan, any remaining scheduled payments become immediately due, as your spot has already been confirmed and paid for on your behalf.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against illness, injury, travel disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances that could prevent you from attending.
